Common questions
How do I find my exact name on PlayStation or Xbox?
Use the name shown in game or on your console: your PSN ID on PlayStation, your gamertag on Xbox. For Apex Legends on PC, it is your EA account name. Capitals and spaces matter.
Why does my Overwatch 2 profile not show up?
Overwatch 2 needs your full BattleTag (Name#1234) and a public profile: in game, Options › Social › Career profile visibility › Public.
How often are ranks updated?
At each search, with a 10-minute cache. The “Refresh” button on the player page asks the game for the latest data.
How is the player distribution computed?
Games do not publish how all their players are spread. Gamerank computes it from the profiles looked up on the site this season, and shows it from 30 profiles. It shows a trend, not an official figure.
Why does Fortnite show wins instead of a rank?
Fortnite’s ranked tier is not offered by public stats services. Gamerank shows career stats: wins, K/D ratio, win rate and matches.
